Cookies
A cookie is a small text file which is stored on your computer. Websites often use cookies to adapt different functions to the individual visitor. They are also used to create visitor statistics or to see how visitors navigate through the website. There are two types of cookies. One saves a file on your computer for a long period. This is used, for example, for various functions which can tell you what is new since the last time you visited the site. The second type of cookie is called a session cookie. These are stored only temporarily on your computer while you are visiting a site. This lets the computer know what language you have chosen, for example. Session cookies are not stored on your computer for a long time and will be deleted when you close your browser. Our website uses cookies for some services. If you do not wish to have cookies stored on your computer, you can change the settings in your browser. You will be able to see most of our content even if you do not accept cookies.
Linking policy
The Museum of National Antiquities has a restrictive linking policy and normally we do not link to external websites. Where this website does provide external links, these are to active partners of ours with whom we have entered into an agreement on linking.
