Your visit
Welcome to the National Historical Museum in Stockholm! The museum is one of Sweden’s largest museums. Its collections comprise archaeological artefacts from Sweden and Swedish ecclesiastical art.
The museum is a venue for temporary exhibitions and activities for visitors of all ages.
You can borrow an audioguide and join us on a voyage of discovery through the exhibitions.
You can also let us show you around on a guided tour, peek behind the scenes on an archive tour, attend an inspiring lecture or take part in exciting activities on a themed weekend.
And don't miss our popular children's workshop which entertains children and their parents at weekends and during school holidays.
